Characteristics and precautions of printing paste

1、 It can be used for printing cotton cloth, TC cloth, blended cloth, case and bag cloth, denim, waterproof nylon cloth and other materials.

3、 Soft hand feel, good elasticity, smooth and flat printing pattern, etc.

1. According to different materials or different requirements, choose accurate and appropriate printing size. If special treatment is needed, waterproof nylon glue or transparent pulp should be used.
 
2. Before using the glue for printing, if the glue is placed for a long time, it should be diluted with water (the amount of water should not be more than 5%). Then it should be filtered with 150 mesh screen yarn, and then printed, so as to get a softer and smoother effect.
 
3. When printing with glue, it is better to use 100-200 mesh screen, and the screen spacing is kept at 3mm-5mm for hanging printing.
 
4. If it is found that the printing pattern is too hard, 5% - 10% water-based softener can be added to the glue for printing or other more suitable water-based paste can be selected. It is better to heat the printed matter at 150 ℃ for 2-3 minutes after natural drying for 24 hours, so as to obtain better firmness.
 
5. When printing with glue paste, pay attention to the proportion of glue paste and transparent paste. Generally for light color printing, the proportion of white glue paste and transparent paste is 6:4 or 5:5; if it is dark color printing, the proportion should be adjusted to 4:6 or 3:7 appropriately, but it is necessary to pay attention to stickiness.
 
6. If the printed matter needs washing resistance or other special treatment, it can be printed by adding 1% - 3% A02 nylon bridging agent or zj-80w anti stick crosslinking agent below 3%, and then it can be baked at 150 ℃ for 2-3 minutes after being dried for 24 hours, and then its fastness can be tested.
 
7. When using glue paste for printing, if the printing pattern is not bright enough, in addition to properly adjusting the proportion of white glue paste and transparent paste, a layer of transparent paste or glossy paste can also be covered on the printing pattern.
